Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused item in its original VIGO packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
